WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING TO FILL 5 POSITIONS ON OUR VIRGINIA BEACH TEAM!

These positions need to be filled immediately.

We are seeking a positive, energetic, and sales-focused professional who can enroll new members and nurture relationships with existing members so they will invite their friends and colleagues to become members as well.

What you will do

· As a Membership Sales Representative, you will work strategically to promote and sell an annual membership to new customers.

· You will achieve your assigned quota by taking an advisor approach to guide prospective new members on wealth protection and potential business development.

· You are responsible for becoming the resident expert with knowledge not only of your own products, but of competitors’ offerings, to build credibility with your customers.

· You will focus on customer satisfaction by demonstrating teamwork and empowerment, solving problems, operating with honesty and integrity and providing a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service.

What will make you successful?

· An outgoing personality who enjoys meeting and interacting with all types of people

· Characteristics that include integrity, persistence and resiliency when days don’t always go as planned

· Previous knowledge or interest in precious metals and numismatic collectible coins

· Ability to plan, organize and actively manage your schedule

· Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required

· You have at least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a client-facing position

· You have some leadership, mentorship, or coaching experience with a focus on building, developing, and supporting high-performance teams

· You can positively impact others’ attitudes, appeal to their motivations, and influence change through compassion, empathy, and accountability

· You have a futuristic mindset and can set realistic targets to achieve defined success

· You have a reputation for knowing what you want, being decisive, and working harder than anyone to achieve your goals

· Must possess valid driver license in the state of residence
